  • Do I need more than one (1) estimate?

You are not, by law, required to obtain more than one estimate. By state law it is your car and your choice where you decide to get your vehicle repaired, regardless of who is paying for it.

  • All of the estimates I have received are different. What do I do now?

Because each estimate is an individual's opinion (based on method of repair, equipment to use, standards, warranty, time, etc.), these will vary. Just like they gave you an opinion, you need to give them one. Where were you treated the best? Whose shop was the cleanest? What about finished repairs, do they look as good as you'd like? What is their warranty? If any of these raise concerns, they may not be the best option for you.

  • How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

This all depends on what needs to be done and how bad the damage is. Of course, we strive to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

  • What kind of parts does your shop use?

At our discretion, we use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts. If your insurance dictates otherwise, we will use what is provided. Some policies mandate aftermarket parts to be used whenever possible. Any and all issues will be addressed at the time of repair.

  • What should I do in case of an accident?

As stated by the National Safety Council, the guidelines go as follows…

    1. Stop your vehicle where it is clear from other vehicles.

    2. Turn off the ignition in any vehicles involved.

    3. Check for injuries.

    4. Call the police to report the accident, describing the scene and marking the location.

    5. Take pictures as needed of all vehicles in the accident scene.

    6. Only discuss the accident measures with the police.

    7. Lastly, get a copy of the police report for your records.
